A specialist course designed specifically for those who have the responsibility of organising rope rescue, focusing on developing the individual's personal and leadership skills. The course consists of a practical assessment of rope rescue skills, and written/verbal assessment of the individual's knowledge of rope rescue systems as well as developing a greater understanding of incident command systems and leading a team to an appropriate and effective rescue of a casualty.
